Is delivery free?

Delivery is completely free within Riyadh. For other regions in Saudi Arabia, shipping fees are calculated according to the destination and the shipping company’s rates.

Is there a fee for the measurement service?

Our free measurement service is available only for custom-made bedrooms and children’s rooms. A representative will visit your location to take accurate measurements and confirm the final price at no additional cost.

How long does it take to process an order?

Mattresses, beds, and recliner chairs take approximately 4–6 business days. Other products take approximately 2–4 business days. Custom-made bedrooms and children’s rooms take approximately 12–16 business days.

Can my order be expedited?

Yes. Express production is available for a small additional fee. Please contact us for further details.

What is the mattress warranty policy?

We provide mattress maintenance if sagging exceeds 3 cm, subject to an approved technical inspection report issued by the company.

Can I return or exchange a product?

A product may be returned or exchanged once within 7 days of delivery, provided that it remains in its original condition and the packaging has not been opened. This does not apply to custom-made products, including beds, recliner chairs, and custom bedding.

Do you offer made-to-order products?

Yes. We follow a made to order system, meaning every item is produced specifically for you after the measurements have been confirmed.

What is the warranty on custom-made bedrooms?

We provide a 3 year warranty on drawer runners and hinges used in our custom-made bedrooms. In the event of wood damage caused by misuse, replacement will be charged at the cost of the wood only, with no labor fees.

What payment methods are available?

We accept mada, credit cards, STC Pay, and Apple Pay.
